Moraph Suppliers
Supply Moraph.
The one place to offer Moraph a product or service, apply to become an approved supplier, and manage your relationship with Moraph once you trade with us.
Offering a product or service
Tell procurement what you offer. No account needed; every submission is read and routed to the person who owns that budget.
Submit an offeringAsked to apply as a supplier
If Moraph’s procurement team has asked you to become an approved supplier, register your organization and complete the application.
How to applyAlready a Moraph supplier
Sign in to see purchase orders, submit and track invoices, keep documents current and answer requests from procurement.
Sign inWe do not take unsolicited sales calls, meetings or demos, and our offices and staff will direct you here. A written submission is read by procurement and reaches the right person.
What helps us assess your offer
A short, specific submission is more useful than a brochure. In every case, include what problem you solve, for whom, a pricing model or range, and references from organizations of a similar size or sector if you have them.
| Category | Examples | Especially useful to tell us |
|---|---|---|
| HR and payroll | HR information systems, payroll, time and attendance, learning platforms | Countries supported, how you handle employment law and payroll in each, integration with identity systems |
| Benefits and insurance | Health and life insurance, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, corporate insurance | Markets covered, how plans are administered across countries, licensing in each market |
| Recruiting services | Job advertising, assessment tools, background checks | How you avoid bias, how candidate data is protected. Recruitment agencies should see our agency policy instead. |
| IT and security | Software, infrastructure, security tooling, managed services | Certifications, where data is stored, how you would fit an environment that serves regulated clients |
| Facilities | Office services, workplace technology, travel | Which of our office locations you serve, and how you serve multi-country clients |
| Professional services | Legal, accounting, consulting, translation | Relevant expertise in our sectors, how you manage conflicts of interest |
| Marketing | Research, events, design, media | Experience with business-to-business buyers in regulated industries |
After you submit an offering
- Received
Your submission is logged
It is stored with your category and details so it can be found when a need comes up.
- Reviewed
Procurement reads it
A member of the procurement team checks it against current needs, upcoming renewals and our requirements.
- Routed
The budget owner sees it
If there is a possible fit, it goes to the person responsible for that category of spending.
- Contact
We get in touch if there is a need
If we want to know more, procurement contacts you to ask for information, a demonstration or a proposal. If there is no current need, we keep your submission on file and won’t ask you to resubmit it.
- Evaluation
A structured process
When we buy, we compare suppliers against the same criteria and complete our security and data reviews before any contract.

Your status is always shown at the top of your workspace, with what it means, what is missing and who to contact.
