Suppliers terms of use

These terms cover your use of Moraph Suppliers (suppliers.moraph.com), where organizations offer products and services to Moraph, apply to become approved suppliers, and manage purchase orders, invoices, documents and requests.

What the service is for

Use it to give Moraph accurate information about your organization and to work with Moraph’s procurement and finance teams. Your contract and purchase orders with Moraph set the commercial terms; these terms don’t change them. Moraph’s supplier code applies to everyone acting for your organization.

Your organization’s administrators

If your account belongs to a supplier organization, its administrators can see your name, role and activity in its workspace, change what you can access, and remove you from the organization.

Accurate information and bank details

Only submit information and documents you are authorized to give. Changes to bank details go through verification by your organization and by Moraph before they are used; never send bank details by email.

Your account

Accounts are for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Your information

We use what you give us here to run the service and to work with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a signed agreement between your organization and Moraph covers the same subject, the agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access accounts or information that aren't yours, probe or disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful. To report a security problem, see our vulnerability disclosure policy.
