Who to contact about what, and answers to common questions.

Questions

What is the difference between an offering and an application?

An offering tells procurement what you sell; it needs no account and is kept on file. An application asks Moraph to approve your organization as a supplier, usually after procurement has asked you to apply.

Why don’t you take sales calls?

Because calls reach whoever answers, not the person who owns the budget, and they take people away from client work. A written submission is read by procurement and reaches the right person.

Can I follow up on my offering?

You don’t need to. If we have a need, procurement will contact you. If your offering changes significantly, submit an update and mention your earlier submission.

Why do administrators and finance contacts need two-step verification?

Because they can change where Moraph pays your invoices. Two-step verification stops someone who has only a password from doing that.

How are bank detail changes checked?

A change is made in Payment details with a fresh two-step code. If your organization has another administrator, they confirm it, and every administrator is told. Moraph finance then calls a contact already on file to confirm it, and a second person at Moraph approves it. Until then, payments go to the account already verified.

Can I send gifts, samples or invitations to staff?

Please don’t. Our supplier code does not allow gifts or hospitality intended to influence a decision, and samples should go through procurement if we request them.

I can’t sign in

Use Forgot your password. If you lost your two-step device, use a recovery code; if you have none left, ask another administrator in your organization to remove and re-invite you, or contact your procurement contact.
