Approved suppliers
Become an approved supplier
Before Moraph buys from an organization, procurement approves it as a supplier. You apply here, usually after procurement has asked you to. If they haven’t, submit an offering instead: it is kept on file and searched when a need arises.
How it works
- Create your account (not started)One person, with a work email you can confirm.
- Register your organization (not started)Legal details, registration and tax numbers, address and service categories.
- Complete and submit the application (not started)Data and system access questions, required documents and the supplier code.
- Review by procurement (not started)Against the same criteria for every supplier. They may ask for more information.
- Approval and onboarding (not started)Remaining documents, verified bank details and the contract.
- Active trading (not started)Purchase orders, invoices, documents and requests, all here.
What you will need
- Your organization’s legal name, country of registration, registered address and a company phone number
- A company registration number or tax ID (for example an EIN, VAT number or ABN)
- The categories you supply and a short description of what you would provide
- Whether you would hold, process or have access to Moraph data or systems, and where data would be stored
- If you would handle data: a completed security questionnaire and independent assurance (a SOC 2 Type II report or ISO/IEC 27001 certificate) where relevant to the service
- An authenticator app on your phone: administrators and finance contacts use two-step verification, because they can change bank details
- Optional: any recognized diversity or small business certification
Requirements are proportionate: we ask for the assurance a service actually needs. See what we require of suppliers who handle data.
